Nestled in California's fertile heartland, Bloom Ranch covers 250 acres and proudly stands as the county's largest Black-owned ranch. Under the visionary leadership of their new owners, the ranch harmoniously blends the rich history of its founders with a forward-thinking commitment to sustainability and holistic health. Bloom Ranch has championed a unique model of farming that promotes environmental stewardship and community well-being in equal measure. This serene escape not only reconnects people with the land, but also serves as a beacon of Black leadership in business, and agriculture, advocating for wellness and accessibility for all.


Tasked with reimagining and repositioning Bloom Ranch of Acton’s brand, The Branded Agency elevated every element of their physical, visual, and digital identities. Our ongoing collaboration includes brand & visual identity development, website design, creative direction for photography, promotional and informational materials, signage system, packaging design, sales, and training materials, and email marketing campaigns to date and continues to expand into new projects as time goes on.

Challenges

Bloom Ranch of Acton required an extensive overhaul to elevate the brand and reflect the ethos of its new owners.

The overarching goal was to establish a connection between Bloom Ranch and its community that reflects its holistic approach to health and wellness and positions Bloom Ranch as a leader in sustainable and ethical agriculture. We worked to find the right balance between preserving the rich heritage of the ranch and communicating its modern values and commitment to responsible land stewardship. The result is a brand that translates the experience of being at Bloom Ranch across all platforms and touchpoints that looks and feels effortlessly traditional and modern at the same time.

Results

With the rebrand complete, Bloom Ranch has been completely transformed.

Their website has become a cornerstone of their marketing efforts, attracting a growing customer base of grocery and fresh floral subscribers, they’re pantry product line flies off the shelves faster than they can bottle them, and visitor rates both in person and online have soared, with significant increases in onsite store visits, website traffic, session duration, and substantial growth in brand recall and sales revenue. Everything’s coming up peachy keen at Bloom!
